Refund Policy

If you change your mind about the item you have bought, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Prior to returning the item, please e-mail us on contact@oxfordtale.co.uk and let us know the item is on its way. On receipt of the item, we will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days. Please note items must be unworn and in resalable condition. 

Please note items where you receive free shipping, we may at our complete discretion charge the initial cost of shipping should the item be returned for whatever reason. We reserve the right to deduct upto £2.99 per item from the amount due for refund. This is to ensure our promotions for free shipping on specified items are not abused. Please ensure you check sizes carefully before ordering.
